Cancellation & Rescheduling
To respect both my time and that of other clients, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged 100% of the service cost.
This allows me to offer that time to other clients and keep my schedule running smoothly.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will be adjusted to the remaining scheduled time. The full service cost will still apply.
